We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at dicedandyoked@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details regarding the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Package Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) you are returning or exchanging, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Include the original packing slip or a note with your RA number.

  4. Ship Your Item: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return/exchange eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Used items
